Multi-Arts Pavilion mima (MAP mima)unveils its outdoor stage with Drift. This new dance performance is presented by contemporary choreographic hub Catapult against the dramatic silhouette of MAP mima, on the shores of Lake Macquarie.

Contemporary dance on the MAP mima outdoor stage for the very first time.

Drift: Floating, suspended like a breath held in, we are weightless. Are we carried on the tide or by the wind? Shifting effortlessly around each other we navigate our place at times gently coming into contact and then letting go. The patterns of nature reflected in the body; the randomness of direction influenced by an external force.

Doors open at 6.30pm.

Drift 7pm- 7.45pm.
