Hubber Hubber Productions is a Freelance Film and Television Production facility based in Newcastle, NSW, established by Annette Hubber.
Annette supports social impact work and enjoys running educational film programs. She has a post-graduate diploma in Producing from the Australian Film and Television Radio School.
Annette’s breadth of experience was born from 17 years as a TV Producer including appointments as Head of Television at several multi-national advertising agencies in Melbourne before moving into a production company.
After moving to the Hunter region, she spent the next 14 years managing Screen Hunter (the regional film commission). It was during this period that Annette successfully launched and grew the region’s Real Film Festival, that not only developed and promoted the local industry but ignited her passion for telling true stories that create social change.
