Tantrum is the leading youth arts company in the Hunter region and a not-for-profit co-operative established in 1976. Tantrum’s mission is to empower young people with creativity, confidence and connectedness to positively shape their lives and the world around them.
Tantrum is the hub for the region’s emerging artists to carve out their own sustainable arts practice through skills development, residencies, networking and making bold new performance works.
Tantrum supports the region’s young people and employs local artists and arts workers who are passionate about taking creative approaches towards making a social impact.
